I was not sure whether it was the phone, service or speaker phone, but I got tired of it not working to my expectations. They kept saying I sounded like I was in a tin can. My Blackberry was not producing good call quality via this device. The volume never seemed to be loud enought and the person on the other end of the call always had to strain to hear me.
Sound quality is great and synchronization with bluetooth works well. only possible complaint would be the mount clip designed for sun visor - doesn't work well on visors with vanity mirror and thicker design.
The callers often complain that they can't understand me despite talking directly into the mic.The thing that makes this unuseable is that it often links to my phone but doesn't actually connect. and, even though I am connected to the device, when the caller answers, we can't hear each other.it isn't really connected.so, this is useless The sound quality in the car is great. I may or may not hear it ringing when I make a call.
The sound quality is really clear (when you are in signal), even driving down busy roads. This one clips on easily on the magnetic clip on the sunvisor of any car. We liked it so much we bought one for all our kids so we can call them while they are on long trips and they can call us "safely". This is a wonderful, easy to use handsfree device. I never liked the in your ear, over your ear headphones. The battery life is unbelievable.
I just wish they had more in stock so my hubby could get one. I have tried others before where the volume and clarity just wasn't there. BlueAnt Bluetooth Portable Handsfree Supertooth II Handsfree SpeakerphoneI love this speakerphone. It is very clear on both ends of the conversation and has a really good volume on it. This is definitely a must have if your state does not allow cell phone usage while driving.
